Real Estate Listings Aggregator

Using Apify for data collection, n8n for orchestration and data-refinement, Airtable for storage, and Next.js for a client dashboard, I created a product which finds investment opportunities according to a client's extensive criteria, enriches the data with AI analysis, and sends a daily email summary of new opportunities.

Business Automation Project

Business Automation

For a previous client, I automated their largely spreadsheet-based workflow with extensive use of Google Apps Script, reduced administrative overhead from 4 staff to 2 part-time, saving an estimated €74K/year. I wrote custom formulae, connected their spreadsheets to various external APIs (including Slack and Twilio), generated emails and reminders, organized their data into a searchable database, and much more.

All of this code is proprietary, but I am happy to discuss specifics and processes with those who are interested.

Rob Moorman Music needed a site to display their work, sell their merch, and provide updates on their events. They wanted to have the ability to make changes and updates themselves, so I designed and set their site up with Wordpress and taught them the basics of its use.

I worked with finalflow to create their website as an SPA, using their preferred technologies of Vue with Tailwind. The site was created precisely according to their Figma designs and features the ability to sign up for a waitlist and create an account, authenticated via Firebase.
